Great spot for a night out

Had a fab stay! The room was super clean and comfy, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast had loads of options, and everything tasted fresh—definitely a plus! The only issue was that the lift was a bit slow at times. perfect place for catching a show in the city!

Shower base drainage issues can lead to water overflow!!! Hot water dangerously scalding could use clear warnings!!! Misplaced TV and hanging cables create a less-than-ideal aesthetic!!!

I loved my comfy room and the cool complimentary drink option when I opted out of daily cleaning. The sun terrace was perfect for unwinding, with a nice view and comfy lounges, making it an ideal spot to relax. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a tad faster, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊

excellent base for city exploration and nearby attractions

The hotel is conveniently just a few steps away from Nando's and under a kilometer from the stunning Hull Minster, making my weekend strolls delightful and easy. the friendly staff also made my stay enjoyable with clean, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast.

The staff were genuinely friendly and efficient. we encountered some noise from the street at night which affected our sleep. the breakfast area felt cramped during peak times, and we had to wait for a table. Despite these minor inconveniences with noise and breakfast space, the positive aspects greatly outweighed the negatives.
